Seminar Survey

Attached please find a brief survey that will tell us what our members are looking for in Business and/or Employee Development Programs.

As you are aware, DIAC held a half-day training program at this year’s Technorama Convention entitled Business Training for the Real World. This program was hugely successful with over 100 registrants, and it received outstanding reviews from all of those who attended.

We are going to continue to provide these types of programs to our members across the country, and we would like your input on the venues, times and topics.

The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and we ask that you return it via email, fax or snail mail directly to Bernie Teitelbaum at the DIAC office by June 30, 2005.

Don’t be afraid to add your comments or other suggestions. We can best serve our members when you tell us what you want.
