The way prospects and clients find and choose a business is changing. They're using social media, AI chatbots, search engines and new digital tools to research, choose, and communicate. To stay competitive, one must adapt and keep pace with the shifting patient journey, from search and discovery, to engagement and conversion.

Speaker Bio:
Born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, Simon graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelor degree in Computational Science and a Bachelor of Commerce. He spent his early years in Calgary at IBM Canada, and then solidified a long successful career of 15 years at Federated Coop.
In 2015 he jumped on the digital rocketship of Vendasta and then the marketing rocketship of Social Ordeals in 2017. Since then he's built many successful strategic partnerships and educated 100's of businesses, multi locations, and brands to conquer online presence and execute successful digital strategies.
